Like one on one you can do this in a variety of ways. You can go to the consultant's office and hold it in a conference room or it in a park or church's basement. You can have a retreat or have it in other ways. This is $75 per per person unless a company or there is another type agreement with a group organizer and the consultant for a different price.

Seminars/workshops are provided in a various of ways and on subjects that can be provided by the client or the consultant can teach on the following:

(3) Independence and empowerment- We provide training in multiple areas to help people truly be independent people who are  empowered to address emergencies, life without tech and to be
truly independent and not being depending on others.
(4) The 5 phases of a relationship - We teach people the 5 phases of a relationship that are not
known to the average person and is why most people fail and continue to fail in having happy and healthy relationships with themselves and others.
(5) The 7 Keys to Supreme Success - The 7 Keys to Supreme Success are 7 things that will help all who practice them to have a supremely successful life both personally and professionally.
(6) Small Business consultant - This is a service only provided by the Master Supreme Life Consultants. These are those who receive an extra amount of training and must have a year of experience as a consultant. We evaluate and analysis your business from ownership,management, employees, customers, business models, business operations to competition and your industry. We then develop a supreme business plan to help you overcome any problems and to help you thrive on a supreme level.

The price is $1500 and up, which will be spoken about with your consultant.

We take a deep look at your business—covering leadership, employees, operations, products/services, customer engagement, and competition. With an evidence-based approach, we help you identify strengths, fix weaknesses and create a clear action plan for growth. Our goal is to help you build a sustainable, profitable, and truly supreme business.  Our price is $500 plus, this depends on what is required. This will be decided by you and our consultant.

It seems that everybody today is talking about mental health and past trauma,

but the moment black people start talking about such things as the historical slavery trauma of black people, people get upset. They don't want us to talk about it and as most say, we should get over it. Yet we can't and it's because we haven't been able to address this and many other forms of trauma that we have and continue to experience. Just like others have the right to tell their story, so do we in the Black African community here in America.

Let’s talk about the trauma in the black community takes a look at some of the trauma that we have experienced and that people don't want to talk about. Doing so as a starting point for those who wish to help us help ourselves. It is not meant to lay blame even though we can in some cases. It however is to show what we as a community are truly suffering from, even if many don't realize it. While this book doesn't cover all that we suffer from, it is a starting point as I said so that people can open their eyes and start to address things. To help stop pushing these serious topics under the rug and we finally can do some deep diving into them.

Through having and seeing a great many failed relationships I have done many years of research, inner reflection and have come to see that the reason most people fail in relationships is because we weren’t taught how to be in a relationship.  We are only taught how to have safe sex and not how to have a successful relationship.  Through my research I have found that there are five basic natural progressive stages in all relationships.  All of the successful relationships that I have witness or read about are so because of the successful navigation through these steps.  I outline them in this book and give people an insight into navigating them and hopefully you too can have a successful relationship, if this is what you want.
